At Jungle Story, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure timely deliveries of fresh and quality products. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please refer to the following policy:
a. Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support team via phone or email.
Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made prior to dispatch.
b. After Dispatch:
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
For prepaid orders, if the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, partial refunds (excluding delivery charges) may be considered.
We deliver fresh and perishable items, so our return policy is limited:
Eligible for Return/Replacement if:
You receive a wrong product
Items are damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
Quantity is less than ordered
Return Conditions:
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect item is required.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through UPI or bank transfer after verifying your details.
You will be notified by email/SMS once the refund is processed.
Perishable products like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery items are generally non-returnable unless delivered in unacceptable condition.
Products returned without approval or after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
